ArtJetSet caught a street interview between an artist and the director of The Homeless Museum of Art (HoMu) in Chelsea, by the HighLine entrance.  The Homeless Museum Of Art is an art project created by New York-based artist Filip Noterdaeme, with a mission to subvert the market-driven art world.
