
Reykjavik Art Museum

While in Reykjavik I managed to visit the Listasafn art museum as well as the sister institute that houses the contemporary collection called Kjarvalsstadir. The main art museum is a small retro building, I especially liked the bronze writing on the wall by Hulda Hakon. At the contemporary gallery housing an interesting variety of very self referential pop infused art.
