Exit Art is launching a fantastic event called the Painting Club.   Framed as an ongoing series of gatherings where participants are encouraged to talk, learn and share the experience of painting.

The inaugural event being held April 23,  is SOLD OUT, but as an ongoing event throughout the year, I am looking forward to attending the next one.   Four artists will present paintings on stage at Exit Art’s Trickster Theater space.  Before the paintings are presented, the title of the work will be announced, and the audience will have three minutes for silent observation, as encouraging the viewer to focus on the act of looking, building a platform for painters and audience members to share ideas.
